Her goal is to offer the most advanced treatments in the industry, delivering non-invasive, beautiful, and long- lasting skin results in just one visit.

Melissa's expertise is backed by her cosmetology/esthetician instructors license in the state of Alabama, as well as state licensing in Florida. Her extensive background showcases her hard work and dedication to the industry, making her a trusted authority in her field.

In 2012, Melissa founded Skintrenzixs, a Spa and Esthetician SkinSchool Advanced Esthetics 1000-hour state board approved school in Alabama. She took immense pride in achieving a 100% pass rate for her students, with scores hitting a remarkable 99 on state board exams. Her motto and branding, "Where Knowledge and Skill Meet Skin," reflects her passion for education and customer service, both for her students and clients. While now residing in Florida, she continues to provide skincare and spa services at her skincare center, utilizing the exceptional Skintrenzixs Skincare, Cosmetics, and Skintrenzixs Microcurrent Lift (Non-Surgical Facelift) Professional Machine. This machine is also sold to upscale medical offices, spas, and salons. Melissa's focus lies in anti-aging treatments, acne, hyperpigmentation, dermaplaning, chemical peels, Procell microchanneling treatments, zero gravity gold plus and perfectio x infrared and red light therapy, additional light panels, New Appel Microdermabrasion Diamond Tone, Skin Classic Skin Irregularity removal, and more. Furthermore, she holds worldwide certifications for esthetic, spa therapies, and spa equipment training.

In 2023, Melissa introduced her new sister company, Spatrenzixs Spa Supplies and Spa Equipment. Currently in the process of building, this venture aims to bring top-notch skincare, equipment, and spa supply companies from all over the world together.

Melissa's past experience includes founding and instructing the Birmingham (Central Alabama) and Daphne (South Alabama) 1500-hour state board advanced approved Esthetician School and Cosmetics Special Effect Makeup School in 2002 and 2008, respectively. The schools achieved tremendous success, boasting a 100% pass rate for state board testing, with student scores reaching the high 90s. Other schools and spas adopted the same school/spa structure, curriculum style, and industry standards due to the impressive achievements. Melissa's motivation and drive have served as a huge inspiration to others, encouraging them to follow in her footsteps towards industry success.

Furthermore, Melissa has worked as sales reps, education trainers, and cosmetics managers for leading spa, medical, cosmetic skincare, cosmetic, and spa equipment companies throughout her career. These companies include Estée Lauder, Clinique, Erno Laszlo, Adrien Arpel Esthetician, Lancaster, Ultima II, Dermanlend, Charles of the Ritz, Perlier, Germaine Monteil, Fashion Fair, Elizabeth Arden Freelance Esthetician, Clayton Shagal, Pevonia Spa Therapies and Spa Equipment, Medicallia Medical, Edge Systems Hydrafacial, Dermafrac Microneedling - Genesis BioSystems, Procell Therapies, and various skincare training with Biomedic, Cutera laser, PCA Physicians Choice Chemical peel System, Dermalogica and Dermal Institute, Phytomere, Obagi, Thomas Lee Roth, Natur Bisse, Darphin, Trish McEvoy, YSL, Osmosis, along with an extensive amount of work and education in the fragrance industry. Melissa also offers services in designing spas for businesses and home setups, working as an in-home Esthetician for select clients.

Melissa is a member of the Associated Skincare Professional Association and has served as a judge for the skin section of The Skin Games International competition in 2020 and 2021. She is also a former member of Biltmore's Who's Who of Leading American Women. Melissa's contributions to the industry have been recognized, and she won Destin's Best Esthetician in her first year in Florida.
